Refund policy
Returns
You have the right to request a refund for a non-sale item, within 14 days after the day you received your order, without giving any reason.
You must then return your non-sale ordered goods within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your request for a refund to us.
To be eligible for a return, your non-sale item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any accompanying documents.
To complete your return, please email us at info@monlivia-blu.com with full details of the product to be returned. Although it is not mandatory, we would appreciate your reason for the return. A model withdrawal form is available upon request.
Please secure a tracking number or delivery confirmation for your items being returned. We recommend using a courier service (not a postal service). The item must be physically received by us within the timeframe mentioned above, in order for you to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If a refund is late or missing, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@monlivia-blu.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However, sale items may be exchanged under the conditions and subject to the terms mentioned in the “Exchanges” section below, subject to availability.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for the same product of a different size or for a different product, subject to availability.
Any difference in price will be covered by the customer or us, depending on the case.
An exchange for the same item of the same size may only be accepted in the case of damage/defect. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor irregularities due to human error should be expected and will not be accepted as defects/damage.
A request for an exchange can only be accepted if made within 14 days after the day you received your order.
You must then return your ordered good(s) within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your request for an exchange to us.
To be eligible for a replacement, your returned item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any accompanying documents.

You will be responsible for paying for any/all costs of returning items. Any costs incurred to return a product are non-refundable.
