Shipping policy

We offer free express delivery to Cyprus and Greece, with a discounted express delivery being available to various EU countries as well.

In exceptional circumstances and subject to availability, we may be able to ship products to a country not shown on our destination list, on a case-by-case and absolutely discretionary basis. If you are interested, please drop us an email at info@monlivia-blu.com, in order to see whether any arrangements can be made. 

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order at your chosen delivery destination, after you have placed your order, we will notify you through email in order to arrange for different delivery arrangements or issue a refund, as soon as possible.

Please note that if your desired location, even if included in our shipping destinations list, is considered remote, restricted or attracts an elevated risk, the final shipping cost may be higher than what appears at checkout. We will notify you by email if an additional cost applies, before processing your order, and you will then have the choice to accept it or request a refund. 

Processing time

As most of our products are made-to-order, we need an average processing time of 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Cyprus) before we can deliver/ship your order, after we accept your order and process your payment.

Delivery time 

Please note that the delivery times shown below are estimates of the working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Cyprus and your chosen shipping destination) required to ship your order. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and processing of your payment, and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Estimated delivery/shipping times:

Within Cyprus: 1-2 days

Rest of the EU: 2-8 days

Rest of the world: 6-12 days

Any import duties, taxes or other costs that may be payable upon receipt of the ordered product are the duty of the customer and non-refundable. Orders shipped to the EU are not subject to import duties/taxes.
